Hello again!
Today is just another uneventful day for me. We are in a snowstorm warning and its snowing so hard you can’t really see much, but that isn’t unusual for us this time of year. Yesterday I spent my afternoon peeling off wallpaper. My father is going to remodel our upstairs, and I’m going to be switching rooms with my brothers, but they had a fish theme is their room. I’ll have to post some pictures of the finished project!
Yesterday night, I had my last ballet class for a week and a half. The good news is that I got two blisters from my Pointe shoes! I guess you have to be a dancer to think blisters are good, but once they turn into calluses its more comfortable to dance on your toes!

Once stained with sins as red as blood, Christ came to make them white as snow!

Our church had its Youth Group last night, and us girls broke up into groups to talk about what it means to be a woman, and to stay pure. I can’t help but think about how God has been working in my life lately on this subject. It’s so hard in this time and culture to stay pure and keep your eyes on God. Everything I do has an effect on my life, the TV shows I watch and the music I hear are all trying to put someone’s world view in my head. Its hard to stay focused on God, but He has put a strong desire in my heart to do just that, and I am so thankful because I know I would never desire it without Him working in my life!
Praise the Lord!

Blisters aren't fun. =( I get them quite often from my pointe shoes - since my teacher doesn't let us wear toe pads!

Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog! You're right, it can be hard to stay pure, but thankfully we have God drawing us to himself to keep us on the right path. :-)

Hello Girl from the past,
I am Kimberly Harris' little sister, and I found your blog from a comment you left on hers. I know you have not posted anything in awhile but I wanted to post on yours :) I take ballet, and I never really like the thought of blisters :( but I guess you are right. Hope to hear from you soon.
God bless!
